I downloaded your demo products.  How can you give away 200+ flashcards with each demo?

This represents a small fraction of the information in the database. 

What are the best print settings?

Try 2 columns of 4 flashcards per column and a 10 point font to see if that works for you, and make adjustments as needed. 

Where can I get printer paper?

Try www.perforatedpaper.com for paper that is pre-perforated.

My password is not working during installation.

Check your Caps Lock key; our passwords are case sensitive. 

When I install my program, it asks for a password.  Where can I find the password?

When you purchased your download at Reg.Net, you were sent an email that contains a "Registration Code".  Use this code to unlock the installation file when you are prompted for a password.

I installed the demo version of your product, and then purchased the full version.  How do I delete the demo database files?

For CIHFlashcards users, look in the installation directory C:\Program Files\MicroACE\FlashCard Pro\ and delete the file CIHFlashcards Demo.ACE.

For CIHFlashprint users, look in the installation directory C:\Program Files\CIHFlashprint\ and delete all the files that begin with "CIHFlashprint Demo".

I found an error in the database.  Will you make a correction?

Can I create a desktop shortcut for FlashCards?

Find FlashCards.exe in this directory:  C:\Program Files\CIHFlashprint\.   Right click on this file and follow the prompt to send a shortcut to the desktop.

Are other flashcard databases in development?

If an excellent source of flashcards is available for another certification exam, contact us.

Do you update the WebCIH Flashcard Database?

Yes, the database is now at version 2.1.08, and was last reviewed in March 2008 for errors or omissions.

What references were used to develop the database?

ABIH recommended references were reviewed; the information contained in the WebCIH Flashcard Database was distilled from months of reference review. 

Who created this database and why?

The database was compiled by a CIH.  The WebCIH Flashcard Database helps jump-start the memorization process and provides a framework for advanced study.
